~ A diet begins in your mind (thoughts/choices/actions)…and involves intelligent decisions at the grocery store.

Start with protein (fish, chicken, beef, lentils).

You truly become–muscularly speaking–what you eat! What does the texture of your skin look & feel like?

Olive oil makes your skin so soft!

 ~ I personally choose to, “Never bring anything into the home, that I know isn’t good for me…and to walk the periphery of the grocery store–leaving my cart at the end of the aisle. (I have to really want it, if I walk in to find it, and carry it back!)

= no stock-piling!” 

~ One bag of chips, okay, but air-popped popcorn, even wiser!

~ Dark chocolate not milk chocolate!

I also rely on juice & milk as meal-boosters; milk & juice & water fill you up!

 

 

Love yourself…it goes a long way!
